The Good Stuff:
-
This is the only state sponsored PA program in Arizona and recruits students from Arizona as well as those with ties to the region who plan to practice in Arizona, particularly in rural and underserved communities. Over 90% of graduates take their first job in Arizona. 80% of students are from in state.
-
Students NAU, ASU and UofA work together to run a homeless clinic for the underserved Phoenix area.
-
The program is a collaboration between NAU and UofA College of Medicine – Phoenix, which enhances the student experience with access to world-class lecture, up-to-date technology, simulation centers and inter-professional education.
-
If you are placed on the alternate list, the program will tell you which position you are in.
